Bubbakoo’s Burritos Opening First Lehigh Valley Location in Hellertown

HELLERTOWN, Pa - A new spot for fresh, customizable Mexican-fusion fare is on the way to Hellertown. Bubbakoo’s Burritos is preparing to open its doors on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 1892 Leithsville Road in the Creekside Marketplace.

The restaurant will fill a newly renovated space and will be the brand’s first location in the Lehigh Valley. The company, which started in Point Pleasant, New Jersey in 2008, has grown from a small coastal eatery into a national chain with more than one hundred thirty restaurants.

Guests will be able to create their own burritos, tacos, bowls, quesadillas, and salads by choosing from a variety of proteins, rices, beans, sauces, and toppings. The menu also features a number of popular specialties including the “Killer Creations” line and the Chiwawa, a crispy rice ball layered with cheese, protein, and fresh toppings. Sides such as Southwest potstickers, seasoned fries, and jalapeño poppers are also offered, along with desserts like fried Oreos and cinnamon-dusted tortilla chips served with sweet dipping sauces.

Bubbakoo’s says its success comes from a commitment to fresh food, an inviting restaurant design, and a focus on connecting with the communities it serves. The Hellertown restaurant will offer dine-in seating, takeout, and online ordering.
